This was our 2nd time staying at this rental, and not our last. It’s a great apartment. Close to the beach, shops restaurants. Can’t beat it. Super clean, quiet, everything we are looking for in a rental place. Room for 6 if you want to come with family and friends, or just for 2.
5star place for us.

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and live music. The condo is very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was updated, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make our stay like home. The house came with all of the beach equipment we needed including a cooler. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch overlooking the pool area. Overall, it was a great experience.

Location is perfect, situated in a tree-lined nook right next to the pool. Quiet complex. Unit was fantastic for a small family, with the added bonus of a screened-in porch. Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out.

The Villa was just as described. It was decorated beach style very nice. Villa was clean and worked perfect for us and our doodle. There was plenty of room for our dog crate and the grounds were perfect for walking her. It was a 10-15 min walk to the beach along a shaded paved path. The wagon provided worked great. We enjoyed the bikes provided.
We had a tv issue and they were in touch with us immediately. We contacted the cable company and it was fixed the next day. The floor is raised in spots as listed in other reviews but had no effect on us. The people above us were able to be heard walking around but it was only slightly an issue late at night. Not a big deal. We would definitely like to go back. It was lovely.

Normally we stay in Palmetto Dunes but this year wanted to try a different area earlier in the season. The property was great - everyone enjoyed the screened porch in particular. The kitchen was well appointed and the ac/appliances worked well. Note: there are flooring issues in Treetops; other units have reviews stating this. It causes the vinyl planking to lift slightly, so wear shoes/flip flops - especially around the master bedroom door. It is a close bike ride to Coligny and the beach but on the outside end of walkable. We travel with two small dogs, this is THEIR vacation and they LOVE the beach. There were plenty of areas to walk them in the complex. In PD, it is a true 5-10 minute walk to the beach; here we had to drive the dogs to the public access and walk from there. It is a great property if you want to be centrally located to restaurants, shops and by - not on - the beach. The three pools are nice. Parking could present a challenge in busier times.

We loved everything about our stay. Accommodations were lovely....quiet...the wagon to use for beach items was the best...everything we could possibly need was provided.
