House is located on quiet culdesac close to beach - easy walk. nicely furnished and wonderful view of the pond. Nicely furnished and very clean. Top line linens and bedding - great place. will rent again

We have rented this property for several years now and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay. We love having the grill available as we like to buy fresh caught and cook. The short walk to the beach is perfect for little legs and older dogs. Love that it is dog friendly. Garage is great for loading/unloading. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The lagoon view is beautiful & peaceful. The home is clean & beautiful decorated! The bikes & chairs were very convenient.The owners are great people. Would recommend this rental. It will not disappoint.

Great location. Perfect floor plan. Wonderful view. Dog friendly. Love having the garage to load/unload. We've stayed here before and it is one of our favorites. Overall a great location and rental. Hope to be able to rent at this location again.

Very clean. Short walk to excellent beach. 6 people stayed and could not tell anyone else was there when we were all in our rooms. Table big enough for 8 and common area big enough for 6 or 8. Could sleep 8 with sleeper sofa. Beautiful big picture window was nice to stare out onto lagoon and relax. Back patio also nice to let the work melt away. Bike rental included was convenient. Will be returning for sure. Master bed to soft for us, guest queen was good and twins were hard but comfortable. Great neighbors and friendly streets surrounding.

We have stayed at 5 Cannon Row several times in trhe past and always enjoyed staying there. We enjoyed staying there this time as well but decided to leave on Wed. Sept 28 due to impending hurricane. We are 80 years old and don't have much daring do left so we came home incase the storm took a direct hit. We. morning the storm track was forecasting a direct hit on Hilton Head so we are out of having a good time for 7 nights. No your fault and we are not complaining.
We like to cook most of our meals in the house. The MICROWAVE on the counter top is worn out and barely working. It doesn't heat well and many of the touch pad number buttons do not work. Cannot set power level and cannot set accurate cook times.
We pant to come over again later this fall and hope to stay at 5 Cannon Row so would be nice to have a microwave that worked correctly.

Thank you for helping us with our visits to Hilton Head over the years.

Was a 2 block walk to the beach, beach chairs and bikes included were nice to have. The location was central to everything. My only complaint is the dishes need updating and more options for when you do decide to eat in.

Our rental experience was very easy, The property was very clean and the leasing agent was very responsive when we had difficulty with the television. The family room area is a little small, but the rest of the condo is very spacious. I might recommend updating the sofas in the family room because they are a little uncomfortable. The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious. Overall a great location and great rental.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Hilton Head and we were very happy with the rental house! Great open floor space and big kitchen for cooking meals. Loved the interior decorations and furnishings. Location was close to the beach and bike trails and is in a beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again!

The rental was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and the location to the beach and restaurants/shops was excellent. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked so making meals was easy. Everything was perfect except one thing. It was obvious that there had recently been a cat(s) in the property. I was under the impression that this was a dog friendly rental - not cats. Our whole family is allergic to cats so it did make us uncomfortable with sneezy and itchy eyes. There was cat hair under the beds and on one of the couches so I'm not sure if the cleaning crew was rushed to clean between guests? Also, if cats are allowed at the property, that should be made very clear. We have stayed in HHI several times but this is the first time where we would rent the same house - it was that great - minus the cat issue.

Nice property with short walk to beach. Inside of house was spotless with great view of pond. Outside of house needs some work but nothing that would lessen your stay. Including bicycles was a nice touch as well as allowing dogs.

We enjoyed the house. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the small deck and watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon. Only problem was that the cable TV didn't work which didn't bother me...just my teenage daughter. Short distance to beach by bike and very easy. Would rent again
