412 Forest Beach Villas

This rental was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and all the action in Coligny. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The second bedroom had more than enough space for all of our children. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location. A short walk to the beach, just 3 to 5 minutes. We always go through the parking lot by the pool to get to the Coligny Beach entrance. The rental unit was awesome, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the covered parking underneath the building. The upstairs bedroom is set up for children, so the stairs might be unsafe for little ones. Overall, the vacation was excellent. While at Coligny Beach it is a good idea to walk right or left down the beach because the main entrance is crowded.

We were very pleased with this rental property. The location was great to access the pool, beach , bike path and many restaurants. It was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean and nicely decorated. We definitely will book this place again!

The unit was clean and well stocked with all that we needed. They had a full size washer and dryer in the unit. A beach cart and toys as well as floats were available. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs room slept 5 people in comfortable beds and the downstairs room had a king bed.The only negatives were the parking deck was very low and not suited for higher vehicles and the stairs to the bedroom were steep and narrow in places. That being said, there is ample parking outside the building with handicapped directly in front of four steps up and four steps over to the elevator. We were very satisfied with the rental.

This rental unit was excellent for our family of 3. Love that it was a 2 floor unit and the location was very close to Coligny Plaza and many other restaurants/attractions in the area. The complex itself is a little dated and could use some minor updates.
