The place was great. Comfortable clean good location. Walking distance to the beach the bikes are a big plus. The pools was warm and clean. Will stay again.

The place was clean no smell, however it is super dated. Close to beach and stores, added bonus the bikes that comes with the rental which is a savings there and appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay, location was good a 10 minute walk to beach and grocery close by. The beach chairs and bikes were nice to already have there. Didn’t use the pools, was at beach all day and they closed early, would have liked to go after sunset. Everything there needed to cook meals, disappointed that a keurig was listed but only had a drip coffee maker. Living room had all new furniture, with seating for 8, dining table was the same. We would stay at this location again.

We had a great time in the condo. Layout was really good with kitchen and living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Right amount of bathrooms for the unit (2.5). The only item I can say for the condo itself as it relates to an opportunity for improvement is that is could use some updating. Countertops were little aged and entire condo village is little dated - however that didn't hamper our stay one bit.

The bikes (4 adult) that comes free with the unit is huge. This would cost nearly $120 a day if you had to rent (I saw where one place had daily rentals for $38/per day per bike). You need a bike on HH, the bike trails and getting to the beach is so much easier.

Overall, a great stay at the condo. Clean and had everything you need (dishes, appliances, towels, etc.). Didn't interact with the management company - which I guess is good. Only text and email communications, which did the trick.

At 1/2 mile walk/ride to the beach its a great location. if you have more to carry, a quick drive to the beach parking lot, and short walk to the beach. The rental was nice, some issues, but quickly resolved by the management co. there's 2 nice pools, and 4 bikes were provided. the plaza nearby had all you could need for a week's stay, food, groceries, shopping, entertainment. plus within a short drive you can find plenty of other dining/shopping/entertainment. Based on the short distance to the beach, and island amenities, this location is great, if you're looking to not be in a hotel the entire time you're here. The price was also really reasonable, if you its not important to be on the beach, this is the next best thing, or a great value.

all linens clean and fresh
for an older unit, updated.
disappointed that only one TV had hookups for streaming: the other two had only cable.

I rented this place for it's proximity to the beach - less than five minute walk. It's second floor walkup only - not an issue for my party. Inside there is ample space and good setup for media viewing. The kitchen is well furnished but limited as to counter space. You can tell improvements have been made - floors and furniture stand out here - but there are some other features in need of upgrade/modernization. Overall, I recommend this unit and would stay there again.

It was a very clean and comfortable rental. Really enjoyed watching the tennis from patio and pool was very close and never too crowded. I would definitely stay here again. Beach was an easy walk and lots of places to eat nearby.
