3003 Seascape Villas

Had a great trip to Hilton Head staying in this one bedroom condo. The unit had everything we needed and the bikes were so nice to have. The location was just adjacent to the Alder beach access and an easy half mile walk to Coligny circle. Would definitely rent here again.

This unit was perfect for us. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom were all clean. It was nice that beach chairs were included. Also the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bikes were a wonderful bonus as well. We used them to get everywhere. Property management was quick to respond to any inquiries and the nicest thing was they allowed late check out for us since we had a late flight and no rental car (we were beyond grateful for this!) We did end up renting a beach umbrella and had to buy our own beach towels to use for the week. Those are two things that would be nice to have at the condo but it had everything else we needed.

Thank you for a great stay in HH. The rental was nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Location was outstanding. We parked our car and rode our bikes everywhere the entire time. Short walk to the beach. Pool proximity is also a plus. Communication was easy and responsive. We even got to check in a little bit early. Would stay here again. Forgot to turn on the dish washer before we left. Sorry.

Great location just a short walk to the beach. This condo is small, but has everything we needed. Our complaints are that the bed is terrible...we both need chiropractic adjustments after sleeping on it for a week. The bathroom sink drains very slowly making it difficult to rinse toothpaste and soap. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. Other than that, it was clean, the bikes were a nice bonus, and it met our needs.

The entire rental process was very easy and communication was excellent. Any issues were immediately addressed. Very satisfied. Location is perfect, easy access to the beach and Coligny Circle. Ammenuties in the unit were great but the bikes were the best, much appreciated. Unit was clean and comfortable, no complaints at all. BBQ was a bonus, could use new burners but served the purpose. Pool area was well maintained, very nice on sunny afternoon. Definitely recommend this unit and I would stay again.

The place was nice and the location had great access to the beach. We did have a palmetto bug (aka roach ��) that showed up on our living room that got us worried. The only other issue was the maintenance guy blowing the sidewalk at 7 AM. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks

This was a very comfortable and well maintained condo. Parking was limited because places were not assigned by unit as in many places. This became problematic especially when moving in and out. Of course, by renting long-term I was bringing more than someone staying a few days or week. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower area. Everyone needs those when stepping over the side of a tub for safety. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking, a glass-top stove which delighted me,a brand new refrigerator and flooring throughout the unit. Also needed for longer stays, a mop and bucket and a dust mop is nice for all hard surface floors. This is a very comfortable unit. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the stairs up to second floor. Beautifully furnished with attractive decor.

The condo is as advertised. The location is good and bikes were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island.

The location could not have been better. Beach access was convenient, however, the bathrooms were under construction during our stay. The condo itself was nice but definitely smelled like old cigarettes and I’m not sure the “cleaning” crew actually did any cleaning. There was blood on the shower curtain, black hair in the bathroom floor, carpets had to be vacuumed, and smudged handprints all over the sliding glass door to name a few items. I did write a message to the property management company and never got a response.

Overall I would recommend this rental. Location to beach is great and the pool on the premises is great. Beds are definitely not super comfortable and the overall place does smell of mildew and at times old smoke (carpet probably just needs pulled). I say this to make anyone who is looking to just be aware of those factors but they provide cooler for the beach and chairs and we left an umbrella behind so there are definitely a few added perks

Loved the property. Condo had everything we needed for beach vacation. Very clean. Quiet area but close walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Beach was five minute walk across the road. Nice pools. Will definitely be back. Love the free bikes!

This one bedroom condo was mostly very nice. Some features were new or remodeled: stove, TVs, furniture. Some was in need of updating: cabinets, mattress, whole bathroom. Location was excellent as was the rental agency.

Nicely decorated, very large living/dining & bedroom areas. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Excellent location, across street from beach, & the bikes were awesome, never used our car, went to grocery store on bikes with baskets! Mgmt was great, very nice to us, they came over the night we arrived to show us how to work the TV. No complaints.

Everything was great with the condo. Perfect location, beach access with restrooms was awesome, and two bikes free to use put it over the top for us. When we arrived in town we left a voicemail for the management company asking if we could check in a little early no answer and no response. We drove to the office and no one was there. Would have been nice to get some type of response and I thought that would have been more professional, even if the answer was that we needed to wait until 4 (which we did). Other than that small blip everything else was wonderful!

Overall we were very well satisfied. The unit was very nice and clean. We felt completely at home for the week. Loved the pool and the proximity to the beach and Coligny. The only suggestion would be to add a few more items to the kitchen such as a baking sheet/ pans and cereal bowls; otherwise, we had everything we needed for a great week!
