We stayed at this property in March of this year and loved it so much we came back again. I think the property was purchased between visits. Some of the furnishings and artwork that gave it so much character, have been removed. It just felt more sparse than last time. It also had a damp/ mildew like smell. We still loved the space, location, and enjoyed our stay. We were just a little disappointed with the changes between visits.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much space! Really loved all the common spaces this home had. Everything was very clean and working properly. The beds were comfortable. The street was quiet and my boys loved playing in the back yard. We had one issue with the stove, but the company responded quickly to the issue. I would add a few more pots to the kitchen. We did notice that some sort of seal is needed on the shower door. Water would get out of the shower sometimes. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this house again!

This was a perfect place for us, it was a the right size and location. The complimentary bikes (and chairs) were are our transportation to the beach, Harbor Town and pickle ball. The house was well decorated and in great condition with space for everyone. We love Sea Pines. Thank you for opening your home to us, we will be back.

We loved our stay at 12 Dewberry; lots of privacy and the backyard view was fantastic. Only a short 1 mile bike ride to the beach everyday, but that’s what we love about HHI... you can bike anywhere. Very clean and easy to check in and out.

The house was exactly as pictured on the website and was a delight. Great layout with lots of options for families. We loved being "in the forest" and in a quiet spot... but still a short bike ride from Harbour Town or Beach Club.

We spent a week at this gorgeous home in December 2023. The layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms/bath on one side and master bedroom/bath on other side. 2 large living spaces and open galley kitchen. The furniture and decor was beautiful and the house was super clean with hardwood in main areas and carpet in bedrooms. The beds/pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The 4 bikes were a great bonus!! Biking the trails and the beach is one of our favorite things to do at Sea Pines HHI.
We love the Greenwood Forest Neighborhood amenities (pool/tennis court) and have stayed here in the past. We will definitely try to stay at this home again!

It was our first time ever to Hilton Head. The house at 12 Dewberry was just as pictured and described. It was clean and well-maintained. I was also impressed by the number of books and games on the shelves. We received good customer service when one of the toilets became backed up. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. The location was a leisurely bike ride to the beach and the lighthouse. The hidden path to Sea Pines Shoppes was convenient.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Plenty of supplies in the house. Great location for beach. Easy bike ride to the beach. Loved that this place provided 4 adult bikes and beach chairs! Would book again.

This home is impeccably decorated, but not stuffy. We all found it quite comfortable. Plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out, yet have privacy. The kitchen is a little tight by design, but it worked just fine for us.

This well furnished and comfortable home is situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with easy access to the beach and bike paths.
Close to short cut to The Shoppes at Sea Pines with cafes and restaurants. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two renovated bathrooms with walk in showers, well equipped kitchen and dining area with huge windows overlooking the forest preserve. A sunny deck with barbecue and comfortable lounge chairs etc. Bikes and beach chairs are included. There is a small local private pool and tennis court in the neighborhood. The property manage went above and beyond when we had some minor problems with the furniture and the barbecue.
Two comfortably furnished living rooms and four TVs add to the overall spacious and comfortable accommodation. Recommend highly for a fun family stay on Hilton Head

This home is beautifully decorated and a great location! Kitchen and bathrooms are fully renovated. Great view of Greenwood Forest out the family room. Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved this house. (Let me know if you ever intend to sell!) It's so close to everything and very quiet. Our only complaint was that the mattress was overly firm to the point of uncomfortable.

We had an excellent stay at 12 Dewberry Ln. House was so well decorated and located. We loved all the windows and back porch. Easy bike to beach and harbor town, as well as the Sea Pines Shopping Center. (The cut-through walking path off Forest Dr was a great find). House was well supplied- we really appreciated all the clean towels, blankets, beach chairs and bikes. I would suggest a sauce pan and baking sheet to have in the kitchen, and some pillow toppers for both extra firm king size beds. Would definitely rent this house again when we come back to Hilton Head.

Lovely house in a great neighborhood with close access to The Shops at Sea Pine Center. The house was nicely laid out with plenty of room for families, Really enjoyed the community pool and found the bikes to be a wonderful addition.

The property was very nice. The cleaning job was very poor. Pieces of food were all over the floor, underneath the couch cushions, on top of the couch cushions, on tables and night stands. We cleaned ourselves right away as it was a Sunday morning. I reported to management and was told I would get a call from the rental company manager. This never happened.

Thank you for your feedback, I have passed your notes along to the cleaning company and spoken to our inspection team. Upon further discussion it looks like you checked in to the unit early. While this does not excuse your issues, arriving prior to our check in time does not allow for the unit to be inspected properly.
