1425 South Beach Villas

We had a great time at this villa! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. You’re a two minute walk from the beach and the Salty Dog - can’t be beat! If you’re a person who sleeps with a fan, though, bring your own. There are no ceiling fans or box fans available. It definitely wouldn’t keep me from renting again, though! We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back!

We were disappointed to find the swimming pool under construction, but equally happy that management was able to secure access to another pool. Thank you! While a little dated, unit was well equipped and located, and very clean. As advertised.

Quick walk to the beach or pickleball courts! Salty Dog is just across the street and the area is beautiful.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Beach Villa. The condo was spacious and clean. We kitchen had all the essentials we needed for the week. We enjoyed the short walk to the marina and beach. Our kids enjoyed riding the bikes around sea pines. See dolphins every day was a surprise!

Great check-in and check-out process. Very close to beach and Salty Dog marina. Clean house with many beds, access to bikes was a plus.

We chose this rental because of its proximity to the beach. This is a very quiet area and super relaxing. The unit itself is up to date and very clean. I would definitely recommend this unit/location to anyone.

My college girlfriends and I met together for a long weekend. The condo was immaculately clean and organized. Everything we needed was there. We loved having access to the bikes and going on bike rides. It was a very easy walk to the beach and to salty dogs. We are super excited about renting this place again.

The location was perfect! It was such a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the salty dog cafe and cute little shops. We only used our car once the whole weekend because of this! Would absolutely come back bc of this. The rental was overall pretty clean.

We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean, nothing overly fancy, but we had everything we needed. We were a family of 10. Being able to walk out the back door to the beach was wonderful. The stretch of beach this condo is on was amazing. We also really appreciated the bikes and spent alot of time biking the beautiful trails in Sea Pines. We did use the pull out bed and didn't find sheets when we arrived. We called and they immediately brought them over while we went to get dinner. They brought an extra set the next day too. Being able to walk across the parking lot to Salty Dog was great for food a couple nights and ice cream a few others. We would stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay! It really is a perfect location, it was about a 5 min walk to both the beach and the pool, and to the Salty Dog Cafe and shops. The beach was beautiful and we were able to watch some beautiful sunsets from there. The house was very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the free bikes and beach chairs! One of the bedrooms was very small and had no windows, it almost seemed like maybe it used to be a closet but it was fine. There were a few small housekeeping/maintenance issues but when I called the property managers they took care of it pretty quickly.
